The Will dated March 12, 2015, allegedly disinherits her three children-Danny Knight, Teresa Knight Shaw, and Dennis W. Knight-and leaves her estate to her grandchildren, Jason D. Knight and Sarah Nicole Knight McConnie, in equal shares. The original Will cannot be located despite diligent search, and the Petitioner seeks to probate a copy of the Will pursuant to Tennessee law.
